ListingHatch SMS Terms & Consent

1. Program Operator
ListingHatch is a real-estate marketing and lead-management software product and service owned and operated by Bravo Holdings LLC. Bravo Design and Development, available at BravoDND.com, provides development and technology services for ListingHatch.
These SMS Terms apply to ListingHatch’s buyer-initiated property-information text-messaging service.
2. The ListingHatch Property-information Service
ListingHatch allows a person to request information about a specific property by voluntarily texting the property’s unique ListingHatch code to the published ListingHatch SMS number.
Property codes vary by property and use the format “LH” followed by digits, such as LH1026. These codes are property identifiers used to request information; they do not enroll the sender in a recurring marketing or promotional messaging program.

3. Buyer-facing Call To Action
The ListingHatch property-code call to action is:
“Text LH1026 to (405) 287-2004 to receive this property’s ListingHatch link. ListingHatch sends 1 automated message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. Privacy Policy: https://listinghatch.com/privacy-policy/. SMS Terms: https://listinghatch.com/sms-terms/.”
LH1026 is an example. The code displayed to the buyer changes according to the property being requested.
This call to action may appear on a public ListingHatch property page or on property-marketing material created or distributed by a real-estate professional, including a flyer, advertisement, sign, social-media post, or marketplace post. Every placement using the ListingHatch SMS service must include the complete disclosures above or a clearly visible short disclosure with direct links to the Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms.
4. How Consent Works
The buyer initiates the interaction. By voluntarily sending a valid property code to the published ListingHatch SMS number, the buyer requests and consents to receive one automated informational response containing a link to the requested property’s ListingHatch page, photos, and details.
The buyer is not subscribing to recurring text messages. Sending a property code authorizes only the response requested for that property-code submission.
ListingHatch does not use this property-code flow to send recurring marketing messages, promotional campaigns, or automated follow-up texts. Sending a property code does not by itself authorize the presenting real-estate professional to send recurring marketing texts. Any separate communication by a real-estate professional must have its own lawful basis and any consent required by applicable law.
Consent to receive the requested property-information response is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.
5. Message Frequency
One automated ListingHatch message is sent per valid property-code request.
If a person voluntarily submits another valid property code, that separate inbound request may generate one additional automated response for the newly requested property.
6. Message Content
A typical response will say:
“ListingHatch: Here is the property information you requested for [PROPERTY ADDRESS]: [PROPERTY URL]. 1 message per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
If a code cannot be matched, ListingHatch may send one service response explaining that the property code was not found and asking the sender to verify the code.
7. Costs And Carrier Terms
Message and data rates may apply according to the sender’s wireless plan. ListingHatch does not charge a separate fee for the SMS response, but the sender’s carrier may impose messaging or data charges.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside ListingHatch’s control.
Not all carriers or devices may support the service.
8. STOP And Opt-Out
Reply STOP to stop messages from the ListingHatch SMS number. Supported carrier opt-out words may also include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
After an opt-out request, the sender may receive a final confirmation that no further messages will be sent. ListingHatch will honor applicable carrier-level opt-out controls.
Because the property-code service normally sends only one response per request, opting out primarily prevents responses to future property-code requests from that mobile number unless the sender later opts back in through a supported carrier process.
9. Help And Support
Reply HELP for help.
A typical help response will say:
“ListingHatch: For help with the property-information text service, visit https://listinghatch.com/sms-terms/ or email support@listinghatch.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”

10. Privacy And Mobile-information Protection
No mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
ListingHatch may disclose mobile information to service providers and telecommunications providers only as necessary to deliver the requested message, maintain and secure the messaging service, prevent fraud or abuse, provide support, comply with law, or carry out another purpose requested or authorized by the individual.

11. Changes To These SMS Terms
ListingHatch may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes to the property-information service, carrier requirements, Platform operations, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
